World Chocolate Day deserves something special!

We're celebrating with a little sneak peek of one of the sweetest treats you'll enjoy during our afternoon tea during the Huntsville Tea Festival!

Our dessert course will feature handcrafted artisan chocolates from the incredibly talented Susan at Grain and Ganache () — beautifully crafted, decadently delicious, and the perfect finishing touch to a traditional afternoon tea experience.

If you love chocolate, tea, and an afternoon spent slowing down with friends, this is an event you won't want to miss.

Around here, some of our favorite days are the ones spent gathered around the table. A glass of sweet tea, homemade treats, a shady porch, kids running through the yard, and stories shared with the people you love most. Those are the moments that make a holiday special.

The Tea Room at Annabella will be closed for vacation as our team takes a well-deserved opportunity to rest, recharge, and spend time with family.

We are so grateful for each guest who has shared tea, laughter, and special moments with us this season. Your support means the world to our small business, and we can't wait to welcome you back with fresh treats, yummy scones, and the hospitality you've come to expect.

We look forward to serving you again when we reopen on July 10th.

Meet Miss Lynn! She has become such a treasured part of our Tea Room family. Whether she’s bringing members of her book club to experience afternoon tea, sharing stories from her tea adventures, or simply brightening the room with her sweet spirit, she reminds us why we love what we do.

Last week, Miss Lynn stopped by to enjoy her Favorites Menu—a collection of the sweet and savory selections she chose from her favorite menus over the past year. We also let her in on a little secret… 🤫 She received a sneak peek of the decadent Earl Grey chocolate creation from Grain and Ganache (grainandganache) that will be featured at our Afternoon Tea during the huntsvilleteafestival on August 15. We think it’s safe to say it earned her enthusiastic approval!

One of our favorite things about Miss Lynn is that she doesn’t just enjoy afternoon tea—she shares the experience with others. Her recent Google review perfectly captured what we hope every guest feels:

Summer has arrived at The Tea Room at Annabella, and this season Ms. Lynn is serving a collection of her favorite menu selections from the past year—bringing together the recipes our guests have loved most. ☀️🫖

This month’s tea service features -
Our savories: Spicy Pecan Pimento Cheese Sandwiches, Traditional Cucumber Sandwiches, Apple Brie Croissants with Pecan Brittle Butter Spread.

Freshly baked for our bread course: Scone and Banana Bread.

And because every tea deserves a sweet ending: Double Chocolate Tea Cake, Lime Posset, and Petit Four.

Gather your friends, slow down for an afternoon, and enjoy a table filled with thoughtful flavors, beautiful surroundings, and Southern hospitality.
