After a lot of prayer and consideration, I have decided to take a break from cookies for a while. This decision was not easy to make but in the end, I truly feel like it’s the right thing for the season of life I’m in right now.
This type of decorated cookie takes days to complete. Especially the ones with fine details. I don’t think you can understand unless you actually make cookies as detailed as mine how many hours go into them. Between homeschooling my kids and my husband’s inconsistent work schedule, I feel like any spare time I have needs to be spent with family.
I’m unsure of when I’ll pick back up, but when I do, I want to be able to be all in!!
I am incredibly thankful to everyone who has let me be a part of their day whether it be a wedding shower or their dog’s birthday party! It’s been a fun 5 years! ❤️❤️❤️

We had the absolute best snow day today! It was filled with snowmen, snowball fights and snow angels. My favorite part is getting to come inside my warm house and snuggle by the space heater with a big ole cup of coffee!! 🥰⛄️❄️

I’m so sad Christmas is over!! I’ve been working on taking all the decorations down which hurts my heart!! I was so busy, I almost forgot it’s New Year’s Eve. Tonight, my family and I will be going to bed BEFORE midnight and waking up to 2022. See you next year Instagram 😉

The treasure chest is filled not with gold, but with ornaments reminding us of the real meaning of Christmas. Christmas is about hope, love, joy and peace that we have through Jesus Christ. He humbly came to Earth as a baby to grow up, live without sin, die and be resurrected so we can have eternal life through Him. And what an amazing treasure that is!!!

These wedding cookies I did back in October are some of my favorites! The detail on the cakes really tested my patience but the end result was so worth all the time that went into them!!
