We are OVERWHELMED (literally 🤪) by your support over the past week! With such a small staff, we felt the need to close today to stock up on all your favorites for retail sales Thursday and Friday. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to filling up your freezers for the next couple of days.

Please remember that lunch service will not be available Thursday or Friday. We will have bulk containers of all of our salads, freezer items, baked goods, gallons and gallons of mint tea and all your favorite snacks!

Happy Monday friends! Our final week of business is here and I wanted to give y’all the details of how this will work!

We will have full lunch service Monday-Wednesday.

Thursday and Friday will be retail only: containers of salads, casseroles, baked goods, snacks, etc. We will also have a few cold sandwiches prepped in the cooler!

Friday will be our farewell day! Stop by for a glass of bubbles and scoop up what we have left!

Due to high demand, everything will be first come first serve from this point forward. We love y’all and are so grateful for all the fun years!

First of all, thank each one of you for all of your kind words since our announcement Monday. Your support has been amazing- so amazing, in fact, that we have nothing left to sell! We are going to be closed today to restock- Baked goods, freezer items and all your favorites! Stop by next week to load up on all your favorites! See you Monday!

After nearly 15 years of joyful service in the Huntsville community, we have decided to close our doors with hearts full of the most wonderful friendships and memories.

Mama opened Lyn’s Gracious Goodness in 2006 with a menu full of Southern staples and recipes from longtime friends and family. I will never forget that first day. Mama and I up front, the Gessler ladies in the kitchen- not a clue what we were doing, but oh what fun we had.

Gracious Goodness has always been more than a name for us- it’s our purpose. We have always strived to go above and beyond for you. Of course through the years, mistakes have been made, learning has happened, but in the end our biggest goal was to make you “feel the love,” as longtime friend and customer, Tod Dodgen, would say.

For 15 years, Lyn’s Gracious Goodness has specialized in Southern cuisine, both at the restaurant and in our catering. From boxed lunches for your corporate meetings, to your daughter’s wedding, we have loved being a part of your special moments. Through this pandemic, we have especially loved getting to serve you and help make you feel safe with the comfort and ease of our cooking.

Our final day of business will be Friday, September 25 from 10 am until 3 pm. Please stop by and share your memories of Lyn’s Gracious Goodness with us over the next two weeks. Drop by on our final day for a glass of champagne and join us as we toast to the future.

This is not goodbye, but see y’all real soon!

Happy Tuesday friends! Stop by Lyn’s today for our Famous Tomato Pie! Enjoy with a bowl of Skinny Cabbage Soup or Crunchy Pea Salad! For dessert, grab a slice of Mocha Icebox Cake- our homemade chocolate chip cookies layered with espresso cream! Delish! And don’t forget, today is Free Tea Tuesday!
