Good Morning... How's everyone doing? We know yall are hungry for S&V Down Home Cooking. We are one phone call / message away for those ready to schedule/reserve/book your event, luncheon or dinner. All you have to do is request and let's talk. We'll handle the rest once you commit and confirm.

THIS FALL, look for pre-planned, pre-reserved specials. The time/day may vary!

FYI: We are still staying true to the sign outside of our building that says "If you see us, we're open. If you don't see us, we're not open." LOL 💖

::::WHAT TO EXPECT::::: we hear you. You are saying we got your mouth watering and set, and you can't find us lol... Again, just reach out and ask. -->
Anyone interested in placing direct orders preferably ahead of time for pick-up or delivery can do so 'when you see us open.' All it takes is simple communication and coordination. Group orders are encouraged.

Oh annnnd --> ::::WHO WANTS TO SEE ALL YOU CAN EAT? Set Menu Possibly::::

This fall, the plan is to open for a subset of hours with a SET/specific menu providing an All you can Eat option. We're thinking about it. Who knows... What do you think?

Special thanks and shoutout to Sparkman High School class of 1977 for allowing SVDHC to host your private event where you reconnected with old friends.

It's always a blessing to "be seen" and "not viewed" as the old saying goes. Many may have come and gone and a few faces missing from the bunch but still all Glory to God.

Again, thanks for sharing and considering SVDHC. Whenever we can, we will. It's always a privilege to do what my sisters love... ❤️💯

📢SVDHC will be CLOSED this Friday.📢 There is a lot going on. Nothing is wrong just taking the time to let the moment be... 💯

It is the anniversary weekend leading up to the day our Daddy passed 5/9. 🙏🏽 As we daily reflect, our daddy was a TRUE MAN's MAN. This is why he would NEVER let us or anyone know he was hurting even though as his children, we KNEW our daddy and cared for him as such. To have one more conversation with him is the longing. Yet we see and hear him every time our brothers talk. Every time a picture of our uncle (his brother) is seen, we remember and we just keep going, even when we can't all because of GOD! ❤️🙏🏽🙌🏽

We are ok, but each day is a press as we are still learning to navigate with both daddy and mama's absence. Thank you for every single prayer and thought.🙏🏽
