There are about 70,000 pizzerias in 50 states; somehow I'm a bit fearful some may not have heard of us yet...............
A bus station is where a bus stops. A train station is where a train stops. On my desk I have a work station. But making pizzas only stops after we get your order made your way.

Going strong on our 38th birthday!
We appreciate the support of three generations of Madison County customers and the contributions of many staff members over the years to make us the currently longest time continuosly operating restaurant in Huntsville.

Thanks to our customers for your continued support as our society works our way through our current circumstances.

We continue to review our procedures for your and our staff's safety. We have a list for hourly disinfecting, including counters, doorknobs, restroom, phones, cash register and other areas frequently touched. Our staff frequently washes hands with soap and water. Of course the kitchen operation is always maintained in a sanitary manner and is frequently inspected by the Health Department.

Congratulations to five graduating Seniors from HHS that each began working with us in a very part time position as Sophomores. It's been gratifying to watch you mature as persons and to recognize the great contributions you have made through the years. As you once learned from the experienced people here, you are also now helping your ultimate replacements learn the job.

Over the years we frequently have had a part time position of a few hours per week that was filled very well by some of Huntsville High's best. Many advanced to fill a key role in our business. After leaving many have gone on to notable success. Our alumni include several teachers, some nurses and those in other medical fields, an MD, a PhD in medical physics, an advanced management person in a well known pizza chain, a lawyer, two pharmacists, those in the military and all those I left out, but mostly some wonderful parents that now bring their own teenagers here. Former employees are some of our absolute best customers and we are thrilled when they make it a point to stop back in and see us.

Again congrats to Lacie, Maggie, Natalie, Nicole and Chase. We know you're each going to do well.

Outside the box

According to a pizza industry magazine a pizzeria in Michigan makes a 72" pizza.
The pizza takes 50 lbs of dough, 15 lbs of pepperoni, 20 lbs of sauce and 40 lbs of cheese.

For comparison a medium pizza uses about one lb of dough.

Seems they will be glad to take your order for this $300.00 pizza.

Somehow we don't expect they would give you a buy two-get one free deal.

We're always interested in the pizza industry.
We congratulate them, mostly for being able to pull it off more than for having a great imagination. They didn't say what the box looks like.
