Huntsville, we love you, thank you for the past 6 years. With our lease renewal approaching, we’ve made the strategic decision to close Phat Sammy’s to focus entirely on the massive new projects we have in the works outside of Downtown, above ground.

We aren’t just closing a door; we’re laying the foundation for something entirely new. We can’t wait to show you what we’ve been building, but first, we want to celebrate where we’ve been.

Our final service will be Saturday, February 14th. Come see us for one last drink in the basement before we shift our focus to the future.

Life is worth living 🙏 🌟

Did you know the creation of crab rangoons is credited to Joe Young and Victor Bergeron of Trader Vic's in the 1950s?
Makes sense right, whole lot of cream cheese (and Jello 😵‍💫) creations at that time.. No matter what size or shape, we've never met a crab rangoon we didn't like and they remain a tiki bar staple today! 🦀🍹🏝️
