We still like butts! But here is transformed butt made into Tacos Al Pastor! - chili marinated grilled pork shoulder, charred scallion & poblano tomato pineapple salsa, grilled onion, queso and cilantro. Comes with pickled mexican peppers and choice of side. Super simple, super delicious. ComeNgetter!
