As many of you know, we are just a few weeks away from opening Valentina’s Tavola, and I couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead.
With the new restaurant opening, I’ll be spending a lot of time going back and forth between both locations. Many of you who have supported us over the years have my personal number and will text me for a reservation, to place an order, or with a question. I’ve always been happy to take care of you, and honestly, that personal relationship with our customers is something I’m very proud of.
But with everything going on between two restaurants, I know I won’t be able to stay on top of every text the way I have in the past. So, going forward, please call the restaurant directly for all orders and reservations, or place your orders online. That way, we can make sure everything is entered correctly and you’re taken care of.
I also want to ask everyone to please respect our managers, their decisions, and the policies we have in place. I trust my management team to make decisions on behalf of Valentina’s, and they have my full support. Please understand that reaching out to me personally will not change a manager’s decision or a restaurant policy. These policies are there for a reason—to keep things consistent, fair, and running smoothly for our guests and our team.
Please know that none of this is about becoming less personal. If anything, it’s because our Valentina’s family has grown, and I want to make sure we continue taking care of everyone the right way while also supporting the team that works so hard to take care of you every day.
I can’t thank you enough for the years of support, friendship, and loyalty you’ve shown me, my family, and our team. We wouldn’t be celebrating 6 years of Valentina’s Pizzeria and opening Valentina’s Tavola without all of you.
I’m excited for this next chapter, and I can’t wait to see you at both places!
Thanks,
Joe
