Granny Mary’s Cajun-Asian Cuisine started back 30 years ago with the intent to bring home cooked meals from our families "Sunday Car Port" get togethers in New Orleans at my Grandpa Joe and Granny Mary's home. Little did I know a few years later my wife would also be gathering together with her family and enjoying the same "traditional" get togethers. The same care and love that was put into those meals is put into our delicious entrees and dishes to this day. We do put a lot of time and love into our efforts and hope that it shows when you enjoy our cuisines. Thank you for all the support and well wishes we have been receiving since our independence in 2022!!

It was a very sad day yesterday clearing out GMCA property. Thank you to my loving brother and his wife, my step son Harry Thompson and my sweet friends Samantha and Ben Stupca for taking time out of your busy life to help me. I could not have done it by myself. I would like to personally thank the kind person who tied a beautiful bow on the property. Thank you all for your love and support.

Service will be held on Monday, August 5 at 10:00 at Grace Baptist Church, 248 Hwy 19, Huntsville

Burial will be held on Monday, August 5 at 1:45 at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston 77038

We the Thompson family are deeply saddened to inform the wonderful customers and supporters of GMCA, that Randy Thompson passed away yesterday evening. From this day forth GMCA will be closed, he will be missed by many for his great stories and wonderful food. He loved serving each and every one of you. It was his dream to honor his grandmother by opening a food business that put smiles on the your faces.

Not going to be open today. A long read from SHEC, sorry…but the simple side is our home has been affected by the storm via power. Like many other families our hearts go out to them. Just fixing up the damage at the home so won’t be open today. Sorry. 😞 The inside of our home looks like an extension cord sale w/ trying to keep certain things w power from a generator.
