Las Trojas Catering had the pleasure of catering Savannah & Emmanuel’s beautiful wedding at Southall Meadows in Franklin, Tennessee, this past weekend! 🤍

Savannah and Emmanuel are truly the sweetest couple, and we loved every moment of planning with them — from their food tasting appointment all the way to watching them walk back down the aisle as newlyweds! 💍🎉

This wedding was extra special for us because it was the first wedding featuring our NEW Las Trojas Catering Van! 🚐🌮❤️

Las Trojas Cantina is excited to participate in Huntsville Restaurant Week again this year! Say hello to our NEW Restaurant Week Special: Birria Pizza! 🌮🍕

Our 10-inch Mexican-style pizza features a crispy fried tortilla stuffed with tender, slow-cooked birria beef, melted cheese, and topped with fresh cilantro and onion. It’s served with a side of our rich, flavorful consommé for dipping, making every bite savory, comforting, and absolutely delicious.
