✨Breathe Bistro Spotlight ✨

Let’s talk about two of our most popular and favorite items on the menu - our Gourmet Chicken Salad and Ahi Tuna Salad!

We make both of them in-house, by hand, with love.

Our chicken salad starts with hand pulled rotisserie chicken, straight off the bone and chopped. Diced red onion and celery join the mix for that perfect crunch, and sliced grapes add that sweetness to balance everything out. It’s finished with our own little mix for that perfect creamy texture without overpowering the flavor of the other ingredients. Hand mixed to create our infamous Gourmet Chicken Salad that everyone loves.
💥 Bonus: Our chicken salad has a few different variants that people have come to love - curry, summer berry salad, Waldorf pear, and Cape Cod!
Our Ahi tuna salad starts with grilled Ahi tuna steaks - yes, we typed that right. We splurge on Ahi tuna steaks and grill them because that’s what makes our stand out. After grilling to perfection, they’re chopped up and mixed with crunchy dill pickles and red onion, and finished with our signature mix for *repeat* that perfect creamy texture without overpowering the flavor of the other ingredients.

All of our house-made salads are available served on a croissant, over spring mix, in a salad sampler, or a mini croissant sampler! Larger take-home deli sizes are available as well in 8oz, 16oz, or 32oz containers.

No cans, no pre-made tubs. Always fresh, always house-made, always made with love by Breathe staff. Our Bistro kitchen may be small, but we deliver big on flavor and quality ♥️
