"Why do I feel so good when I eat Karubees?"

Well, that's because of a few things!

- We don't cook with seed oils in 99% of our dishes (only coconut oil and olive oil)!
- Our chicken is halal, hormone/antibiotic free & cooked bone in which deposits more zinc into the meat- essential for immune health and many more things!
- Our special Jamaican seasonings are all non-GMO!
- We cook EVERYTHING fresh each day. Nothing sits premade for days or weeks on end like most places.
- We wash all of our rice!
- We are protein focused and offer low carb sides!

It's no wonder Karubees makes people feel so good. It's not just about taste (although, it is delicious)
