A little recap of last nights Battle at the Brasserie 🤺

So many good pictures of so many great people and phenomenal food/wine! There aren’t many words to describe the love and appreciation we have for everyone who was there last night. From our amazing customers (and judges😏) to our incredible staff, who worked hard to make sure the food was delicious and your glasses stayed full 🍷

🏆A huge congratulations are in order to the winner of last nights battle, our head chef, Eryn Jobe!🏆 Eryn, we are so proud of you, as always! To our other 4 incredible chefs, it was a CLOSE battle. Eryn loves a challenge and you all sure put up one heck of a fight! Congrats to all! 🧑‍🍳

Another new menu item that just so happens to go well with this heat & humidity! 🥵

Our crab cakes are not just delicious, they’re also filling but not too heavy. They pair perfectly with a cool, crisp white wine, which is ideal on hot days like today!

Enjoy two 3 oz crab cakes served over an arugula salad with a tangy remoulade and pickled mustard seeds 😍🦀 We suggest pairing the crab cakes with a glass of Albariño! We have a delicious 2022 Albariño by Lagar De Cervera from Rias Baixas, Spain🤤

Guys! Eryn blew my mind with this one 🤯 One of our Sip favorites of ALL time but reimagined 😏

The Zucchini Parm is back 😍😍🙌🏼🙌🏼 Breaded and fried zucchini rounds, melty mozzarella in the middle, topped with our house made marinara, and topped with shaved Parmesan 😍😭 A fun twist on a well loved dish!

Some yummy appetizers, perfect for sharing and snacking!
First up is our fried olives- beer battered olives served with lemon aioli 😍 Second- our charcuterie chips! House fried potato chips, topped with prosciutto, sliced olives, fresh grated parm, pickled red onions, and balsamic glaze to top it all off 🤤

Both pair well with a crisp, sparkling wine 😍 We recommend a glass of the Gruet Brut Rosé or a glass of the Marsuret Prosecco! 🥂🫒
