We are excited to announce that we can now take card details over our online platform. In the past we've struggled to keep up with call-in orders & maintain a smooth drive-thru experience and lately we've been doing everything we can to make it easier for us to serve more customers.
Since the pandemic, our drive-thru has been much, much busier and instead of putting people on hold, I made the call and I started training employees to prioritize drive-thru orders over call-in orders. Lately, we've been swamped with drive-thru and online deliveries and we simply aren't able to keep up with the phone calls.
Our phone policy has been updated to no longer accept delivery orders. We regret that we will lose some customers over this but it had to be done to ensure that others would receive speedy and fresh service.
