Jewel City Seafood was named by the river boat captains of the past, "These steamboats ran from New Orleans to Pittsburg (Iron City). Huntington's nickname is Jewel City because this is such a beautiful valley. We also have a retail market that you can come in and buy uncooked seafood to take home.
