Today, we sold out of brisket at the 4H fair. Not once, but twice! Our emergency brisket delivery didn't even quite make it through the dinner rush. Thank you all for your patience and understanding, and thank you even more for your incredible feedback.

Great news for those of you who missed the brisket today: we will have more brisket tomorrow! We will be there from 12-8 pm (or until sell out) tomorrow, then 4-8 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday this week!

We're headed to Union 12 this Wednesday, June 24th (our first appearance in Whitley County) for Union 12 Food Truck Night!

Love brisket but tired of it tasting too much like roast beef? Try our authentic Texas-style, 100% wood-smoked brisket and discover the intense and delicious flavor. Nicknamed 'meat candy,’ our brisket will melt in your mouth and leave you speechless.

🥩Our first pop-up of the season will be this Friday, May 29th in Huntington at Viking Express! We are introducing our tender and juicy pulled chicken and will have our regular barbecue options available: brisket, turkey, pulled pork, pork belly, and ribs. As always, limited quantities are available, so come early to grab your favorites!
