Happy New Year!
This December was our 4 year anniversary. I want to thank all of our amazing customers for continuing to support us. Thank you to all of my employees for putting up with me. I couldn’t do it without you.
I know we are a strange pizzeria that doesn’t offer about 100 things that other pizzerias do. Might be the only one without a fountain soda machine. Crazy I know. We run out of stuff all the time, we don’t have an ice machine, we close early on random days, we don’t have salad slices, sometimes we have very long waits for orders on busy nights, and we are not on most online ordering apps. We might have a slice one day that you enjoy and we won’t have it again for months.
I’m probably forgetting plenty of other weird things about how we operate. We make plenty of mistakes. No restaurant is perfect. We will continue to try and provide better service.
It hasn’t been easy being the sole owner and operator of this business but seeing people enjoy the product makes it all worth it. Thank you!!!
