Monday - Saturday from 5:30 - 9:30 PM
1. Pre-Closing activities
- Check Rice cooker & Make rice
- Wash all accumulated dirty dishes ASAP
- Food Prep. Shrimp or else to be discuss
- Have cooks prepare one Meal in To-Go Box (To be eaten at home)

2. Closing activities
- Dishwashing Rush (Pots, Pans, and Stove Utensils) ASAP
- Sweep Kitchen floor
- Empty Grease Traps/Trash bin
- Empty both trash cans
- Mop floor
- Lock back door
