I apologize. I haven’t posted in quite some time. Been dealing with some health issues, but I still have been cooking. That’s me.

Last week I rendered some pumpkins down and made fresh pumpkin puree. I got 29 cups of pumpkin from it. Some of the things I made

Pumpkin ice cream
Pumpkin pecan cheesecake
Pumpkin ginger snap crêpes with
pumpkin cream cheese

Some, of course goes into my dog food

The rest is in the freezer for future events. Next one probably is going to be pumpkin pie with ginger snap crust

These are Chocolate and Dark Cherry 🍒 Basalmic Vinegar Bing Cherries 🍒. Boy are they delicious goes great over vanilla ice cream or poundcake even over kugel
