Evening friends and fans of team Porkylicious. Our last update we said we were competing in bbq contest in Kannapolis Nc, Jiggy with the Piggy, this weekend. Eddie Smith and his army of volunteers let you know early why is a destination location. This was the first time we have competed in over two years, first time we come close to a practice session, when we shut down, we shut it down.
We were able to get two calls, 10th in chicken and 8th in brisket, what, yep that’s right two solid calls against 45 other teams, want He do it, yes he will. Those two calls put us on the cusps of a top 10, coming up 1.7 points light, yep that’s also correct. We had a super time and can’t wait to saddle up again, psa, don’t get bit by the bbq bug, 😂😂. Congratulations to CBF on their grand championship and Chunky BBQ on their reserve grand. see ya next year, and thanks for the memories.

Well folks, here we go again making our re-emergence to the world of competition bbq. We took 2020 and 2021 off for oblivious reasons so we said to ourselves, self its time to knock the rust off the porky hauler and our competition game and see how we stack up against 49 other teams at in Kannapolis this weekend. Excited, yes, tired already, yes. Wish team the best this weekend, love to see you come out and say hey.
