🇺🇸 **25 Years Later — We Still Remember** 🇺🇸

September 11, 2001 changed our country forever. It was a time of unimaginable loss, but it was also a time when we witnessed something powerful — people coming together, supporting one another, and showing just how strong a community can be.

Just 10 days later, Kabuto Lake Norman opened our doors in Huntersville for the very first time. We began our journey during a time when community meant more than ever, and for the past 25 years, that sense of community has remained at the heart of who we are.

This September 11, we wanted to remember the day in a way that was meaningful to us — **by doing what we do best: cooking and serving others.** ❤️

Our team prepared hibachi dinners for the Huntersville Police Department night shift as a small gesture of appreciation for the men and women who continue to serve and protect our community every day.

For us, it was more than a meal. It was a way to say **thank you**, to honor the spirit of service and sacrifice we remember from September 11, and to continue the sense of community that has meant so much to us since we first opened our doors.

Twenty-five years later, we remain incredibly grateful to call Huntersville home.

**We remember those we lost. We honor those who served. We thank those who continue to serve. 🇺🇸❤️**
