We are a state-of-the-art mobile catering unit utilizing a 16-foot, real wood, smoker to slow cook ribs, chicken, Boston butts, beef briskets and turkey legs to tender perfection. Try our famous sides like our cheesy macaroni and cheese (a customer favorite) and our homemade potato salad and top it off with our signature barbecue sauce. We're perfect for catering fundraisers, Church events, picnic

s, family reunions, tailgates and anywhere you'll want delicious barbecue. If needed, we can also provide servers and a clean-up team. Every Friday and Saturday from 11:30 am - 6:00pm , visit us in Huntersville for a taste of authentic barbecue. For our most up-to-date location, check back here.
