Due to the government shutdown I am closing Carolyn's Cafe on Sunday, October 5th. It will no longer be Carolyn's Cafe. I am not sure what Dusty has decided to call her new business. However, they will still have the same delicious food that has always been there. It has been a pleasure to be in this business for these many years and I truly thank all of the regular customers for their loyalty to Carolyn's Cafe. Dusty and Shelia plan on being open during the winter months. So, as soon as I have moved out they will be reopening for the year. I wish them all the good luck in the world and will soon be one of their regular customers.

Carolyn's Cafe is closing Sunday, Oct.12th.
I am retiring. John is not well and I am old so it is time to stay at
home and take care of him. Dusty Brown, ( my wonderful cook and her Mother, Sheila Horton, will be renting the cafe from Neil Curtis and Jeff Johnson after the 12th of Oct. I believe they are going to be open after the 12th. I do not know yet what Dusty is going to call her place....but Carolyn's is retired. I know they will continue to cook the same good food that they have been doing for me for the last several years. I have had a wonderful time at this little cafe and will miss it a lot but age and health has finally caught up with me.
