I made something very special in such a not so nice location... because I saw something that could be more..and I made it happen.. I painted and laid flooring and was always trying to improve the location as well as my products. Because of this location I was able to rebuild my name. I brought people in from out of state who traveled hours to come see me. It took me to Italy twice representing America in gelato winning awards and being recognized for my contributions to gelato on stage Infront of my son as a Master Gelato Chef.
Thank you everyone. As you know, I need to focus on myself and my family now. While I build my consulting business and my own line of industrial gelato machines.
Thank you for being part of this chapter of my gelato making destiny. This isn't good bye it's just a fair well for now. Please keep following because with me just never know what's next.

Move out day

As the movers are coming in 2 hours to move entire shop into storage.. I'm thinking this for my line of industrial machines I'm branding
Keeping it simple because less is more.

I will be there from 4 and later.

So.. if you didn't get a chance to come in today. We made up "il classico" boxes. The flavors are tiramisu, cannolo, chocolate and pistachio.
These are the Big Boy size. Which is like 2.5 regular sized takehome containers in one. I have 6 or 7 available. They are basically family sized or personal sized for a while 😉You can stop by tomorrow while I'm packing up. I still have a little gelato left in the case too.
I will be at the shop tomorrow evening if you would like to stop in to purchase the last of everything. I will be there in the evening packing.

Today, Sunday we will open and sell off the rest of the gelato. We will open 2pm until whenever. If you didn't pickup your order last weekend please do so. Also I only have 6 takehome containers. So please bring in my containers clean and I will refill them for 1 dollar off.

Going to open Sat 1 last time if it doesn't snow Sunday.. Limited on what's going to be available too. Thank you for the support. I am grateful for the opportunity to represent America 2x at competition in Italy over the last two years but it is time to move on. Receiving acknowledgement on stage this past September in Italy Infront of 100,000 people with my son attending by A.F.P.G as a Master Gelato Chef . Was exactly what I needed to close this chapter of my story and to propel myself into my next chapter. Thank you for your loyal support to make that possible. Onwards!
