Spoke a little too soon yesterday when I posted. It was definitely wishful thinking. Over the weekend I started dealing with some abnormal stomach pain. Still not fully sure what the exact problem is after 9 hours in the ER…so there’s that. I hate to cancel and I made the post in full confidence that I’d be in the kitchen the next day but we decided it’s best I rest. Next week I’ll be good to go.

I’m making muffulettas with my homemade olive spread tonight at DECA. If you’ve ever had my olive relish, you know what’s up…..however, this is a slightly different twist on it to work for this sandwich. One of my faves. Only a limited amount served in quarters.

I’ll be slingin’ sandos for at least a couple months at DECA Beer Company on Wednesday nights. I may slip in a few random menu items or sub in a different sandwich here and there for funzies — be on the lookout. 🤙

Food vendor canceled due to weather — HOWEVER…..we will have cheesesteaks and smash burgers from Casey’s Kitchen 🙌

This will definitely be the last run on cheesesteaks for a bit as Casey rolls out a new menu next week…….🌮

Taprooms open 4-9p. Kitchen will be open after 5p. 🍻
