Thinking about running a sandwich special this week. It’ll be a spinoff of The Godfather but with completely different cured meats…..more like a true philly-style Italian hoagie. Gonna call it “The Luigi”.

Instead of ham, salami, pepperoni, and mortadella……it would be soppressata, capocollo, and prosciutto. Everything else on the sandwich will stay the same — tomato, lettuce, red onion, and cherry pepper relish.

This 9in sandwich will be $20 instead of $16. Let me know what you think.

I had plans to make Banana Pudding rolls this week but forgot to stock up on bananas early enough to get a couple over ripe — so I made Blueberry Lemon again. And just my personal opinion…..this batch is even better than the last. Softness is off the charts, more gooey filling, and a bit more lemony zing in the compote this go’round..🙃

New week, new roll! — Raspberry Lemonade Roll 🫨

Still working on presentation 🥴 but I promise you guys….these rolls are super soft, gooey all the way throughout, and the flavor is spectacular. I’ve had many people tell me lately that my rolls are the best they’ve ever had and that makes my heart happy — cause it’s a lotta work, yall. 😅
