We finally made time to visit Chef's Table, my cousin's mini Bistro on wheels in , MN. Chef Double-D, 🤪, and his boss, Rachel, have leveraged over 20 years of experience to bring the streets of this beautiful town to life by churning out quality and flavor that rivals that of full-scale restaurants.
We had a fantastic brunch, talked shop, compared notes, and discussed the pricelessness of our shared commitment to using only quality ingredients and not being just another one of the many spoon-and-serve food warmers out there.
Stay tuned for the likely spring 2026 food truck event, where we team up with other quality vendors to upscale a parking lot.
