A fun story: We have a customer who comes in- and is about 80. He has showed us where he had his first beer at 15 right at our bar, and told us some wild stories… now he comes in and puts back 3 Diet Boylans at a time.

Thinking about all the things my dad taught me, it’s hard not to see him in little pieces of Bubba’s.

The guitars. The classic rock. The Star Wars references. The idea that food should bring people together.

And of course, Papa Sauce. We had to sneak that one in.

You’ve seen me do a lot over the years, but I wish you were here to see Bubba’s come to life. I have a feeling you’d be sitting at the counter, telling stories, making friends with everyone who walked in, and asking for extra Papa Sauce.

Happy Father’s Day, Dad. We know you’d love this place. ❤️🎸
