We are selling our beautiful machine!

We ordered this April 2024 and only ran it a hand full of times. It has been taken care of, cleaned after every run. No issues.
We did order a #10 mold which is 50x50mm (2x2”) square with round pocket for the ravioli. We also had it converted from a three phase to a single phase.
All information on sizes, production, power, etc are in photos.
We bought two additional pasta drying racks so this will come with 4 total.

It is with a very heavy heart that I share this news—at the end of this month, we will be closing our doors permanently, both the kitchen and the food truck. So today September 27th at Cracked Barrel Winery will be our last and final event ever.

This business has been my passion project from day one. I started small, building from scratch in a tiny commercial kitchen inside my home, then took the leap to think bigger—designing and purchasing our very own custom food truck. Every single meal we served was made by hand, from our family recipes, with love and countless hours poured in, all while balancing the busyness of everyday family life.

The joy you’ve all brought me—the smiles, the kind words, the excitement over our food—will stay with me forever. It has truly been an honor to share our table with you. Saying goodbye to something that I’ve cared about so deeply is not easy, but as a family we’ve made the decision that this journey has become too much to continue.

To all of you who have supported us over the years—especially those who believed in me from the very beginning—thank you. Your love and encouragement made this dream possible.

As we close this chapter, we will also be selling our food truck and much of the equipment we’ve gathered along the way. If you or someone you know is looking for a turnkey food truck, please feel free to reach out. I’ll be sharing more details soon.
