🏍️ 🏁 Talking motocross was not on my bingo card when I hired Ella. She grew up around dirtbikes with her Dad and brother, and has a track in her backyard.

For those that don’t know, I grew up racing dirtbikes. It was all I knew at one point. It took up most of my childhood. We raced all over the country, I knew how to replace a top end at the age of 12, and I’ve jumped my dirtbike well over 100 feet before I had my drivers license. I’m not that wild anymore 🤣

Yesterday at the grad party, Ella mentioned the opening round of pro motocross on TV, and we talked about dirtbikes for the next couple hours.

Pretty rad to have a fan of moto on the team! I’ll have something more to talk about now, as if I run out of things to talk about anyways…

This Friday we are open to the public at Hudson Hospital on Friday 9am-1pm and the on Saturday from 8am-12pm. Then we’re catering 2 more grad parties Saturday afternoon and Sunday.

🧑‍🎓 We had the pleasure of serving for the Hayes family this morning at one of their kid’s grad parties! What a beautiful day to serve waffles to a wonderful family!

Thanks to everyone who stopped by the drive thru this morning as well!

Tomorrow(Sunday) we are at in New Richmond from 10am to 2pm. The drive thru is open 8am-12pm tomorrow as well.

Nitro Cascades are fun to watch and even better to drink. Add Nitro to any of our cold brew drinks for an extra creamy coffee!

Many people think Nitro is more caffeine or something we add to the coffee to make it stronger, but it’s just Nitrogen infusion to add body to the drink. It’s also a great alternative to lower calories and/or eliminate diary to your morning coffee!

🕺 El Waffle Libre is back at the drive thru starting tomorrow (5/27)

🤤 It slaps so hard we might just keep it going at the drive thru forever! It’s always available on the mobile unit at our events, and has quickly became one of the most popular waffles we’ve ever had!

The sweetness of the waffle is such an unexpected delicious combo with the mustard, pickles, ham, and Swiss!

If we decide to keep this at the drive thru forever, it’ll be added to our DoorDash menu for online ordering. Pickup option is always free if you are in a hurry and don’t want to wait in line.

They did such an awesome job adding some color to our road sign planters and the curb next to the building!

They asked what my requests were, and I said, “I will put my trust in the experts, and let you do your thing!” And they executed!

Huge thanks to for the opportunity to pitch my business in the 2026 scale-up pitch competition last night!

Congrats to all the winners and great job to everyone else that pitched their businesses as well!

It was a great night of networking and some of us got to bring home some grant money to fuel our scaling objectives!

There were 7 finalists chosen to pitch their business in front of a panel of judges. 3 businesses won grants of increasing values. Wilder Waffle Co walked away with 3rd place and received a $2000 grant to purchase a .officiel waffle iron!! It’s a big step to make this business more sustainable long-term!
