JOB DUTIES
• Prepare scratch-made menu items with consistency and attention to detail
• Work with fresh ingredients and follow our recipes and quality standards
• Assist with preparing and serving our signature house-smoked meats
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work alongside the kitchen team to deliver exceptional meals during busy service

Cheers to the $18,821 raised from the June 7 Sloppy Joe's Ride and Smoke on the Water BBQ Okauchee Music Fest for us! That’s a lot of hard work, awesome volunteerism and generous hearts that make that kind of magic happen for our Veterans. We couldn’t be more honored by the love you all share with our small force, especially from Joe and Ellen Hennes. Thank you.

We promise that every single penny will go directly toward changing one more struggling Veteran’s life with the healing gift of wind therapy in 2027!

Our hearts go out to the owners, employees, and everyone connected to Stag’s Tavern after last night’s devastating fire. In just a few short years, they built Stag’s into a wonderful establishment that became an important part of the community. We’re hoping for strength in the days ahead and that they’re able to rebuild even stronger.
