It’s Memorial weekend and we are set up at Patriarch Park on top of the hill! Hot dogs, pulled pork, smash burgers, homemade smoked Mac n cheese! Make a pulled pork sundae- Mac n cheese, topped with a helping of pulled pork (tossed in Sweet Baby Rays (original, sweet and spicy or Carolina gold) topped off with cool, crunchy cole slaw 😋Yes, it’s a bit rainy but we are not giving up!
