It was a nice holiday break for A Pinch of Something & after a day full of delayed and canceled flights… it’s going to be a shorter day BUT I’m back today and will be open from 1pm until 430pm today ! 

For today’s lineup, I have:

• Red & Green Enchiladas - chicken enchiladas rolled in flour tortillas topped half with a red enchilada sauce the other half with green enchilada sauce - then queso down the middle along w/ pico de gallo. Served over rice than with a dollop of sour cream and extra pico de gallo

• Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Sausage Sandwich - Donofrio’s peach and jalapeño pork sausage split open stuffed with cream cheese, bacon topped with shredded cheese, jalapeños & chives then baked to bubbly cheesy perfection - served inside a hollowed out hoagie bun with Millers, sweet jalapeño pepper sauce - served with potato salad or over rice (no bun) for those who need a gluten-free option

• Summer Jambalaya - Donofrio’s chicken sausage cooked up with traditional veggies, such as okra, tomato, corn, green pepper, onion, and celery together with the addition of some summery add-ins like zucchini, corn, peas and carrots, simmered in Cajun spices and served over rice - a fun summery twist on a classic favorite
