My Little Honey Pot is a revolutionary non-GMO food trailer based out of mid Michigan. We specialize in safe, healthy, and delicious vegetarian cuisine, while actively avoiding harmful preservatives, additives, artificial colors, flavors, and sweeteners, GMO’s, highly refined bleached-white sugar and flour, excitotoxins such as MSG & aspartame, and everything in between. Currently we are around 95% organic and we have vegan and gluten-free options. Our menu is a compilation of our favorite original recipes, including seasonal items, and specialty desserts.
Our goal is to nourish and heal our local communities with real food and provide an educational platform for relevant food quality & agricultural awareness through our social media outreach. The Honey Pot helps maintain environmental integrity by choosing to use only ecologically sustainable food packaging, containers, cups and napkins, along with non-toxic and environmentally safe cleaning products.
The Honey Pot is a cornerstone of commerce, offering the healthiest and highest quality standard of food nearest Ann Arbor. Known by its local clientele as Brighton’s little gem, the bright yellow food trailer has all you need when it comes to healthy eats & treats. With local raw honey, seasonal organic produce, food, beverages, and merchandise available, why stop anywhere else?
People want to eat better bottom-line. However there are few options available to do so beyond your own kitchen. The United States is currently facing a larger-than-life health crisis, and this is not hard to observe with soaring disease rates, and predictions of autism potentially plaguing 1 in 2 children by 2025. Our families have been personally affected by this crisis; cancers of various types, obesity, neurological problems, heart disease, kidney failure, severe migraines and more. This has to stop and it will end through the adoption and ongoing practice of a plant-based, whole-foods diet. We figured out nutrition is the key to being healthy and disease free, feeling really great too.Beating disease and achieving peak health by practicing optimum nutrition can be a lifelong pursuit of exploration and mastery which can be fun to learn about and experiment with. We started My Little Honey Pot to be the change that we so badly wanted to see and to offer the world something sweet & special.
