October Chef Features:

~Spanakopita Egg Rolls~
Wilted spinach, garlic, feta cheese, and seasoned chicken loaded into a crispy egg roll skin, rolled and fried to golden perfection. Served with cool cucumber ranch for dipping.

~Stuffed Acorn Squash~
Baked acorn squash filled with roasted apples, caramelized onions, tender kale, and savory andouille sausage. Finished with fresh thyme, creamy goat cheese, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

~Big Brucii~
Two half-pound beef short rib and brisket patties, grilled to perfection and layered with half-pound thick-cut Ludington Smokehouse bacon, candied jalapeños, melted cheddar, crispy onions, and golden cheese curds. Finished with sweet habanero jam and fresh lettuce on a toasted brioche bun. Served with kettle chips.

~Lobster Pasta~
Tender lobster claw and knuckle meat sautéed with spinach and red onion, tossed with cheese-stuffed ravioli in a rich lobster cream sauce. Finished with a baked, stuffed lobster head.

~Castellano’s -1LB- Prime Grade Ribeye~
Indulge like a mob boss, Paul Castellano, with a char-grilled, one-pound, prime-grade, hand-cut ribeye. Served with a classic Caesar salad, creamy spinach, and Lyonnaise potatoes, then finished with sautéed mushrooms and 2 FOG’s signature Zip Sauce.

~Poison Apple Doughnut Bread Pudding~
Cinnamon donuts and roasted apples soaked in a rich vanilla custard, baked to golden perfection, and served warm with vanilla ice cream. Finished with a decadent Poison Apple Bourbon C***r Glaze.
