🔥 TUESDAY – Tuesday Tips 🔥 The best illustration I can give is. Think of it this way. When you apply pressure to a sponge the moisture is squeezed out. This is us applying heat to meat. When you release the sponge what happens? It reabsorb the moisture. The same is true with our meats. Let it rest. 🤠
