The Phoenix We are closed for the off-season. We plan to do at least one pop-up per month, weather permitting, until we reopen in May 2027.

September Saturday Pop-ups on 9/12, 9/19, and 9/26. Hours for Sept will be 11:00a-7:00p. Check here or our website for menus and pricing - we'll try to have everything up a week in advance (including the link to pre-order online).

9/12: Smashburgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, cheese fries, loaded fries, onion rings, pulled pork, & baked potato soup.

9/19: Cheesesteaks, wings, pierogies, fries, & pastina soup.

9/26: Italian Day! Chicken parm, Phoenix Nest sandwich, pasta dinner plates, salads, wraps, mozzarella sticks & chicken gnocchi soup.

Pop-ups are on specified Saturdays only and feature a limited menu of savory items, as well as ice cream, sweet treats, and beverages. Items are subject to change based on availbility (and chef’s whim). Dates subject to change due to weather or other life issues. Limited menus mean we do not have all our regular items. If you are craving something, let us know so we can feature it at a future pop-up!

Today is our last day of the summer season! We are open until 8pm. Come see us before we close. We will be back in mid-September with our first off-season pop-up so be sure to follow our page for updates and announcements for pop-up themes as they come.

Hey Phoenix Fans! It's our final weekend of the summer season. Come grab your favorites one last time before we move into our occassional pop-up schedule for the off-season. We will be open 11:00am-8:00pm through this Sunday, August, 15th or until we sell out.

This is our last week open for the summer 2026 season! Our last day is Sunday, August 16th. We are selling out as much of our regular menu items as possible before we close and resume our occassional weekend pop-ups in September. Come grab your favorite food, beverage, or sweet treats before we sell out - we've placed out last food orders for the summer, so once we are sold out this week we won't be getting any more. Thank you to all our wonderful Phoenix Fans and this community for making our second summer season a success!

There are no new specials this week (although there’s a small amount of pot pie and pickled eggs left) - we are selling out as much of our regular menu items as possible before we close and resume our occassional weekend pop-ups in September.
