So excited to have created this fun little illusion cake for a special collab with 👩‍🍳Vicky | Food+Life Content Creator 🤍

From the piped “rice” to the salmon, avocado, greens & glossy drizzle, every detail was made to give this cake that sushi look… but underneath it all is a marble-flavored cake!

I LOVE getting to turn unexpected ideas into cake, and this one was definitely such a fun challenge. ✨
