We set out to share good drinks and food from our culture 🇭🇰 with the city of Houston a decade ago. We got to share laughter and tears with family and friends along the way, and made tons of incredible new friends that have also become family.
And now, because of you, there is a Ginger & Fork Day ❤️ What an incredible gift you've given to us 🙏🏼
Though we have officially closed our doors, we are more thankful than we can promise with words for the love that you've shown us through these years. Every milestone and celebration that you have included us in is an absolute honor, and all the memories we have made together will forever be a reminder of how fortunate we are to have met you.

As we enter our final weekends with you, here are some notes from our team that we would really appreciate your understanding on:
🥢Though we feel so loved by all of guests making their final visits, we still remain short-staffed and thank you for your patience in advance 🙏🏼
🥢For the remaining Friday and Saturday, we will be cutting off the takeout line at 6PM
🥢If you join us earlier in the evening, please understand that we will need to prepare for the party that will be using your table after your meal

Reservations are strongly encouraged so our small but mighty team can prepare with care.
