How to Make a Fresh Vietnamese Spring Roll

STEP 1 — Soften the Rice Paper
Dip rice paper briefly in warm water and lay it flat.

STEP 2 — Add Shrimp & Pork
Place 4 shrimp halves, orange side down, and sliced pork on the rice paper.

STEP 3 — Add Lettuce
Place fresh green lettuce over the shrimp and pork.

STEP 4 — Add the Fillings
Add vermicelli noodles, cucumber, pickled carrots, and fresh herbs.

STEP 5 — Roll It Up
Fold in both sides and roll tightly.

STEP 6 — Serve & Enjoy!
Serve fresh with our peanut dipping sauce.

We want to clarify that tips are always optional at Saigon District. The checkout screen gives every customer the choice to leave a tip, but we never automatically add a tip to any bill.

Unfortunately, a recent one-star Google review incorrectly stated that we automatically charged a tip. We respectfully disagree with that claim and want to assure our guests that our tipping system is completely optional and customer-selected.

We value honesty, transparency, and every guest who visits us. Thank you for your continued support and for allowing us to serve the Cypress community.
