You guys have given me so much love and I am super excited to share that I will be hosting my very FIRST macaron masterclass!!

Here’s what we will do in class:
💗 prepare the macaron batter
💗 pipe your shells into hearts for individual macaron cake
💗 bake macaron shells
💗 fill macarons with pre made filling (raspberry buttercream)
💗 decorate your own cake to your heart’s galore

Each baker will go home with an individual sized macaron cake. This is the perfect way to spend Valentines weekend with your loved one, friend or solo! You get to spend time with me AND take home a sweet treat

Hi lovelies! So I get the same question a lot… “how can I get your dessert on a more regular basis without having to order minimums?”

You asked and I always deliver. Be SO excited because now you can find our desserts EVERY DAY at any of the above mentioned restaurants 👆

Chef Chris asked me to create a citrusy dessert that would pair well with seafood and I couldn’t think of anyone better to ask than my friend Fred .csibilevin who provides the best recipes. This mousse cake is a literal dream for all your senses… light, fruity and acidic. Tastes like summer. I can’t wait for you to try!!

*Calamansi is a very tart hybrid of a lemon/lime found in the Philippines and so sooooo good. Don’t miss out
