Chefs Table Catering is a full service catering business. It is Family Owned and operated with just a little help from some of the savviest, service oriented professionals Texas and the culinary community have to offer!
We are able to provide seated service in your home, business or rented space for up to 25 people. We can provide staffed stations or buffet style events in those same types of spaces for 100+ guests. We also offer a casual on site Open Air Service, called Black Rose Festivities. This Service is often used for outdoor events and offers more casual culinary options specializing in Texas BBQ and Wood fired specialties. This can even be set up to provide "made to order" items on site.
Chef Paul’s' 30 years of experience in the culinary industry allows us to help our clients personalize events around themes, budgets and personal dietary requirements or preferences. We do offer menu options in Organic, Kosher, Vegetarian and Gluten-Free and will even work with you to re-create family specialites.

Heading downtown tonight to provide our "Open Air" menu to the guests of The 1820 Bar! Alumni of Waltrip High School will be gathered there for some reminiscing, great 1820 Bar drinks and atmosphere and Chef's Tables delectable offerings! Serving by 7pm tonight come see us!
