🥩🔥 FROM OUR KITCHEN TO YOUR TABLE. REAL CORNED BEEF, DONE RIGHT!

Ever wonder what goes into making really great corned beef?

At EXØDUS BAR & GRILL, we’re not just opening a package of precooked deli meat and calling it a day!

We’re preparing our corned beef IN-HOUSE, cooking it until beautifully tender, then slicing it right here in our own kitchen.

Just look at that gorgeous pink color, the texture, and those beautiful slices! 🤤

There’s something special about traditional deli-style corned beef. It takes patience, proper preparation, and a whole lot of care.

And for those of you who appreciate a great corned beef sandwich or a classic Reuben, you know exactly what we’re talking about! 🥪❤️

We’re proud of the work our kitchen puts into the food we serve, and we wanted to give you a little behind-the-scenes look.

🥩 Prepared in-house
🔪 Freshly sliced in our kitchen
❤️ Traditional deli-style flavor
👨‍🍳 Made with care by our culinary team

HOUSTON, HOW DO YOU LIKE YOUR CORNED BEEF?

🥪 Piled high on rye with mustard?
🧀 A hot, delicious Reuben?
🍽️ Or straight off the cutting board?

This one really hit home.

For years, Genesis Steakhouse & W**e Bar was more than just a restaurant to us. It became part of the community, part of people’s routines, family dinners, celebrations, date nights, business meetings, and memories.

We still get calls and messages every single day from people telling us how much they miss Genesis and asking us to bring it back. That means more to us than I can put into words.

To the tens of thousands of guests who supported Genesis over the years, we love you, we appreciate you, and we will always be grateful for what you helped us build.

Today, that same passion, ownership, hospitality, and commitment to great food continues at Exødus Bar & Grill. It’s a different concept and a new chapter, but the heart behind it is still the same.

Thank you, Benjamin, for such a meaningful review and for remembering Genesis so fondly.

And to everyone who misses Genesis, come see us at Exødus. We’d love to welcome you back.
