Design & Concept

Thomas Kolodzieg - Dahlia, Kolodziej’s sixth entertainment venue embodies a high energy party bar atmosphere, yet still possesses the attributes of your favorite neighborhood lounge. The decor blends old world charm with modern and industrial accents creating monumental eclectic ambiance. Kolodziej’s design concepts uphold an unparalleled amount of innovation and originality through out his establishments.

Director of Operations

Mike Leitner - formerly Bourbon Drinkery, Present Company, Midtown Drinkery, Tipsy Clover. Leitner. Camera. Action. If you are from the service industry, you know Mike. After years of success in the nightlife industry, Mike has become the center point of “fun”, which remains still now, as his number one goal at this venue!

Beverage Director

Andrew Grala - Originally from Cleveland, Ohio. Andrew moved to Houston 14 years ago. In that time, there’s no facet of the hospitality industry that he hasn't touched. He started his career in fine dining and running wine programs, in the last 10 years, he has worked with Houston’s finest industry members from craft cocktail bars, high volume nightclubs, a world renowned whiskey bar to hosting private events across the city.

About the Menu

When asked about the vision of the beverage program for Dahlia, Grala responded with, “There are so many amazing cocktail programs operating in this city at any given time. What we are trying to accomplish is to create a fun spirited menu that holds merit, while not being taken so seriously. We are not trying to reinvent the wheel, but everything has been carefully thought out and has traction.”

Marketing Director - PR

Chris Amez - Owner of We Own the Night, Partner of Raising the Steaks & RTB Event Group, formerly with The Kirby Group, Taps House of Beer, Glasshouse & part of the current Ownership at Vara’s on 45. Chris has dabbled in everything that has to do with Houston Industry, and is excited for this next chapter that is taking place in HTX.

Cocktail & Floor Managers

Tyler Terry & Dante - Tyler comes from BASE Nightclub where he helped manage the floor and bottle service girls to a T. Tyler is up Dante worked at Cle for 2 yrs as a VIP host and mainly focused on bringing clients into the venue, while building a rapport with them & ensuring repeat business.

DJ Bizz - Long standing DJ in Houston, TX. Worked everywhere, you don’t know Houston Nightlife, if you don’t know the name “DJ Bizz”.

Branding

Raydon Creative - The creative team behind branding at MAD Houston, Masraff’s, TIFI & many more businesses in Houston! They truly help a place’s vision come alive, and shall we say, Bloom!

Sebastian “Mrd” Boileau - Dahlia is Custom Designed and masterfully painted by his French artist Sebastian and his Eyeful Art Murals and Designs team for the upcoming new Dahlia opening in Midtown Houston, right next to his iconic God Spray Painting Mural that just celebrated a half a decade.
