After thoughtful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close Succulent Fine Dining due to Regent Square’s ongoing site-related access, parking, and valet limitations that have significantly impacted our guests’ ability to access the restaurant and, ultimately, the overall guest experience. Our final service date was Thursday, February 5, 2026.

Guests are warmly invited to dine at A'Bouzy , where the team looks forward to continuing to welcome Houston with the same care and hospitality.
