Meet Las Raíces. 🍸

For Franky, this cocktail begins with raicilla and the generations of Mexican tradition behind it. That history became the inspiration for Las Raíces — a drink that looks to the past while playing with two familiar classics: the Margarita and the Last Word.

Mango-infused raicilla is layered with chile and spiced liqueurs, then balanced with malic acid and milk clarified for a smooth, refreshing finish.

Savory, spiced and a little unexpected, with a story that starts long before the first sip.

Meet "Corazon de Melon" !

Inspired by the agua de melón Aurora grew up drinking at the Tampico Refresqueria in her neighborhood, this one brings a little nostalgia to the Bar Buena bar. Mexican rum, charanda, fresh melon cordial and lime come together for something bright, refreshing and made for the Texas sun.
