Hazelnut Guava Gelato 🌰💗
A little Italian, a little tropical, and very SweetCup 😊🍨

We’re using Piedmont hazelnuts from Italy, a region especially known for its prized Tonda Gentile hazelnuts, particularly around the Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato areas.

They’re rich, roasty and beautifully nutty.
We paired them with guava fruit sweetened with jaggery, which brings in this bright, fruity note that cuts through the richness of the hazelnut.

Definitely an interesting combination and delicious.

For years, this bright, delicate, floral flavor has been a beloved sorbet. Now, we’ve transformed it into a new format that’s every bit as refreshing - but entirely different.

Made with seasonal fresh pomegranate fruit and organic rosewater, it’s a bold, twist on soft serve. Inspired by Persian cuisine and desserts.

And alongside it: Panna Cotta soft serve -

A full-circle moment.

We were honored to be invited to speak with business students at the University of St.Thomas University of St. Thomas as part of the Start Up Max Series through the McNair Center for Free Enterprise and Entrepreneurship.

Getting to share our entrepreneurship journey with the next generation of business leaders was incredibly meaningful.

Years ago, I was the one sitting in a room trying to convince people that my business could work. I heard “no” more times than I can count, was rejected by at least 10 banks, and was told I had a 90% chance of failure.

We shared the real story behind building SweetCup-the risks, the rejection, the lessons, the unexpected turns, and what we’ve learned along the way.

Entrepreneurship isn’t always about having the perfect plan. Sometimes it’s about believing in your idea enough to keep going when the answer is “no.”

Thank you to University of St. Thomas for giving us the opportunity to share our journey with the next generation of entrepreneurs. 🎓✨

We’re still learning, still creating, and still scooping. 🍨

Our award-winning signature flavor and a longtime customer favorite. We actually named it after one of our customers as Jimmy’s Texan Kulfi Gelato after Jimmy and special shout out to Kurchi Kurchi Basu

This East-meets-West creation starts with our special kulfi-inspired gelato base, with fragrant cardamom and Maker's Mark bourbon wh**ky then folded with our housemade buttery pecan pralines.
