Ruggles Black Houston's First & Only Keto & Paleo Restaurant. Serving Indo-Asian, French and American flavors. French American Flavors, Asian Spices and Paleo Principles.

Over 80% of our menu can be made for the Paleo diet. Mixing all these ingredients is so exciting for one of Houston’s most notable Chef's, Bruce Molzan and his partner Neera Patidar! The concept and food at Ruggles Black is modern and fun: a fusion pushing Indian, Asian, and American flavors to whole new boundaries in terms of taste, but keeping it accessible in terms of price. Ruggles Black is THE place to be for conscious eating foodies, as Bruce “The King of Paleo” cooks his amazingly delicious treats with local ingredients from farmers, while embracing the Paleo principles. You can order our delicious Ruggles Black menu from the following delivery partners: Door Dash, Favor, Grub Hub and Eat 24.
