On Wednesday, October 21, ๐™๐™๐™š ๐™ˆ๐™–๐™ง๐™ž๐™œ๐™ค๐™ก๐™™ ๐˜พ๐™ก๐™ช๐™— and SALTY Magazine Chef Jenner Tomaska of Chicagoโ€™s Michelin-starred Esmรฉ and Petite Edith into the kitchen with our own Chef Austin Waiter.

For one night, Chef Jennerโ€™s French bistro style and contemporary technique meet Chef Austinโ€™s French-inspired cooking with a distinctly British point of view, all brought together in a special multi-course tasting menu.

Created in France to commemorate the Parisโ€“Brestโ€“Paris bicycle race, the ๐™‹๐™–๐™ง๐™ž๐™จ-๐˜ฝ๐™ง๐™š๐™จ๐™ฉ takes its signature ring shape from a bicycle wheel.

Our version pairs hazelnut praline with apricot compote and limon omani, bringing bright citrus to the rich, nutty French classic.
