Did a comp yesterday next to Third Coast Cookers…. First comp with the Keveri USA in the mix. Chicken cooked fast and I dropped it putting into the box, oops. I thought ribs best meat and brisket was so so. Judges didn’t agree. Ribs 29th, brisket 5th. 53 teams

Had a blast at the first annual Keveri USA fest in Gun Barrel City at Fire Grove Designs. Took first place and won this grill. Heard about this at The Royal. Thanks for Benet Gaytos for convincing me to go!
