🚨 We Are Back 🚨
Hello Houston it feels amazing to post on our feed again that we are back.
Craft beer cellar gave us 2 days of notice when they decided to stop doing the melts menu and go their own way, and we were left hanging in the middle with no other spot to set up The melt. We wish them all the best in their future endeavors.
has been wonderful to work with us and allowing us to set up our food truck at their property and work together as a team to bring the best grilled cheese and drinks to this awesome city. As of now we are at drift 4 days a week, as y’all have been patient with us before we ask you again to give us some more time where we are able to set up for more than 4 days/week. Last few months haven’t been easy for us, this has been more stressful and worry some financially and our personal lives were effected by not having much work. The last 3-4 months were more challenging than when Covid had taken over our lives. We ask you for your continued support and love as we dish out some of our delicious grilled cheeses.
So come and get your Melt fix at drift 1202 w 20th st 77008 with some of drifts second to none cocktails.
We are committed as always to give Houston the best food one has to offer, after all we were the ones to come up with birria grilled cheese, revive your taste buds with the birria grilled cheese.
